Oven Cooking Instructions
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove required number of frozen toasties from the outer case and place onto a baking tray. Do not remove film wrap. Allow 4 - 5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 30 minutes. A core temperature of +75°C for 30 seconds must be achieved or apply national equivalent, before the product is removed from the oven. Once baked apply the display until time before placing for sale. If displaying hot, this product must be transferred immediately to a preheated display until that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once baked: hot, 4 hours.

HIGH SPEED OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM CHILLED: Remove required number of frozen toasties from the outer case and allow to fully defrost in a chiller for up to 24 hours. Do not remove film wrap. Once defrosted, store chilled in the film wrap. Shelf life once defrosted: day of defrost + 2 days. All cooking appliances vary. Remove film wrap and place onto a suitable tray in a pre-heated oven (refer to Country Choice representative for oven manufacturers programmes). Once baked, rest for a minimum of 1 minute. A core temperature of +75°C for 30 seconds must be achieved or apply national equivalent, before the product is ready to serve. Consume straight away.
